How to make a Watermark in PowerPoint (Confidential) To make your watermark confidential in PowerPoint 2024 and later, click on the drop-down menu on top right side of the PowerPoint panel. Press the arrow keys to select a range, then press SHIFT+F11 (for PowerPoint 2007) in order to make the watermark confidential in PowerPoint. Note: In PowerPoint for Mac, press CMD+C to make your watermark confidential. How to make a Watermark in PowerPoint 2024 and later (Draft) To make your watermark draft and confidential in PowerPoint 2024 (draft version), click on 'View > Customize > Select a Custom Style'.
