Watermark Styles (see below) by clicking 'Add'. The Watermark Style allows you to highlight one or more areas on a page and allow the user to choose the desired area. For each area on a page you need to click on the area you want to highlight. Watermark Styles: Watermark: Use the highlighted area to highlight or add a watermark to your writing (on desktop) Highlight: The highlighted area becomes a highlight area, allowing you to highlight portions of the page; this feature must be customized in the Appearance panel if you want to allow the user to change color for certain lines in a paragraph, for example. If you want the text in the highlighted area to turn blue when a certain character is used there is a button beside the highlight area, and it can be accessed by clicking on the little blue button in the upper right corner of the highlight area, shown in this picture. Toggle Text: Allows you to enable/disable the text in the highlighted areas. The text may appear in bold, italics, or anything you choose. This feature is useful in the Text section of the Appearance panel. Text: The text displayed in the highlighted areas may be selected either by pressing and holding the cursor over the text line below the desired highlight area or by selecting the text line from the text panel by clicking on it.
