Many PDFs require you to add or remove watermarks or backgrounds let's look at how simple it is to add watermarks or backgrounds to your document with Fox some phantom PDF first open the document you want to add a watermark then go to the organize tab and click over watermark there are three options you can add update or remove a watermark let's add a watermark you can add a text or an image as a watermark in this case we will add text as the watermark check the text option and insert the text you want to use as the watermark in the blank box for this example I would like to add Draft as the watermark now that I have added the watermark let's modify its appearance for this you can change the font type size and color you can even rotate the watermark or change the watermarks opacity for this example I will rotate the watermark 45 degrees and reduce its opacity to 20% to finalize click over OK as you can see our PDF has a new watermark if you want to remove a watermark you can just click back again over a watermark and choose remove all now let's add to a background to our PDF start by going to background on the organize tab and then choose add here you have two options you can add a color or insert an image to the background of your document I would like to add an image as a background to do that check the file option and choose the image I want to add click OK and the PDF has a new background if you want to change the current background just go back to background and click update then type the text or look at for the image you want to use as the new background adding and removing backgrounds and watermarks doesn't get any easier now that you've learned how try it yourself.
